Handling Permissions
Since permissions is something everyone likes blabbing on about..
Discommand's permission system is pretty simple, and is based off Discord's built-in permissions, so y'know, no setup needed. This will change in the future, but for now, its pretty good.
For most commands, no permissions checks are setup at all. Everyone can use them, as long as you have the skill to type.
For commands such as >create
and >delete
, those are handled by the Manage Server and/or Administrator permissions. Having either would let you use the command. Same goes for >clear
and >edit
.
Managing server configs and, most importantly the prefixes for commands, is given to the lovely Manage Channels permission. We couldn't forget you buddy.
There are a few hidden secret commands that you don't know of or can't use clearly. shhh.. though they are limited to developer only (aka me, ThatTonybo) or in the rare case, the server owner (aka, you weird server owners.. no offense <3).
